I understand from him that your Daughter’s pc was badly infected w/ adware, spyware and had the Vundo trojan. He removed the infection using our Vundo removal procedure. The Vundo family of trojans can be particularly difficult to get rid of, so I am glad that after his work that that the laptop and the internet connection were running a lot faster, and the infection seemed to have been eradicated.

A day in the life of a computer repair tech 
Sounds like a bad virus. Have you tried Spyware Dr? I wondered for a while why Google with their usual downloads had not offered antivirus. Now Spyware Dr. is free on the Google download. Fixing computers myself, I have found it very handy.
It was voted #1 on PC Magazine. The only other choice I would make would be NOD32 which is supposedly near AI with its ability to narc out bugs.
