Thanks Ann B of Gaithersburg (specifically in Lakelands) for allowing us to look at your notebook. I know it can be frustrating when what seems like a simple problem is not so simple. I understand that the on/off button of your notebook is mashed in, and no longer popping up.
Unfortunately some notebooks are more difficult to work on than others, and they did not make it easy for us to get to the on/off button on your model, so it will take a couple of hours of work.
