Norma S. — Sorry we were not able to get your trio to sync properly. It is very difficult for us when you have another vendor in, and then expect us to pick up the pieces. If we had done the operating system re-install, then we would have your Palm syncing right now. We have helped many customers set up Palm Trio devices, and yours if the first one we have had any problems with. I am happy that you think of us when things get too hard for your day-to-day IT company, but really they messed this one up, and you need to go back to them for an explanation as to why you cannot sync.
