It was good to see you Mike A, of Gaithersburg, MD. Sorry about the problem with your Dell Notebook. I am glad I was able to copy most of your data to your 2nd computer. Lucky you still had it under waurantee with Dell. I recommend to all of your customers that they be sure to have some basic hardware coverage on notebook computers.
Anyhow – I am glad that I was able to grease the skids, and that Dell stepped up to the plate with the replacement motherboard.
